Safe, affordable housing for Siksikaitsitapi and urban Indigenous people: close to community, close to culture, close to what matters most.

Who Can Apply?
Our housing program is open to Siksikaitsitapi and Treaty 7 urban Indigenous individuals and families who:
- Qualify based on income
- Are looking for off-reserve housing in one of our available locations
- Are ready to live respectfully within a shared community of residents
If you are not sure whether you qualify, please contact us. We are happy to talk it through with you.

How to apply
Before You Move In
All new residents will be asked to read and sign two important documents:
The Tenancy Agreement
This is your lease. It outlines your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.
The Tenant Code of Conduct
This document describes the behaviour we expect from all tenants. It is about making sure everyone in our buildings can enjoy a safe, quiet, and pleasant home. It covers things like respecting your neighbours, caring for the property, and maintaining a positive living environment.
We take these documents seriously because we believe every resident deserves to feel safe and comfortable in their home. If a tenant does not follow the terms of their agreement, we will take steps to address it, up to and including ending the tenancy.
Agency Referrals
Are you a social worker or case manager? We work closely with non-profit and social agencies to connect our housing with people who need it most.
To refer a client, please complete the same two forms: the Tenant Income Qualification Form and the Rental Application Form on behalf of your client, and submit them online, by fax, or by mail.
We welcome these partnerships and value the important work you do.
